Some Thoughts2CH 14:1 mentions 10 years of peace, and we'll read later in 2CH 16:13 Asa reigned for a total of 41 years. Asa did better than his father, Abijah, and his grandfather, Rehoboam. Yeah Asa to lead his people back to God. Whether his people followed is a different matter, but it is important for a nation to have God-fearing and God-worshiping leadership (PS 33:12).
